“I don’t deserve this job.” “They want to fire me.” “My PR was shit. They think I’m very bad programmer.”

Probably most of us have those thoughts. Self-depraciating, negative, punitive. Why do we have them? What’s their role? Is there any truth in them? How to handle them? Let’s see.
